Thank you for shopping at Jo Le Bagel ('us', 'we' or 'our').

By placing order with Jo Le Bagel, you (‘Buyer’ or ‘Customer’) accept and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy set forth below.


Orders

To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, 

  • Order will only be “confirmed” once full payment is made. 
  • No refund for the cancellation of any paid order. 
  • We require 3-4 days to send out the shipping notice with a tracking number provided. Shipping schedule is based accordingly to order number. 
  • Any changes to the shipping schedule will not be accepted after shipping notice has been issued.
  • Kindly ensure all information submitted esp. shipping address and contact number is accurate before completing your purchase. We reserve all rights to cancel your order if we found wrong information was submitted.


Product Information/Handling 

  • Our products (bagel, oubao and pretzel) are freshly baked & shipped out on the same day. 
  • Shelf life of the products in an unopened packaging may vary under different storage conditions. The typical shelf life of the products:
  • 3 days at ambient temperature.
  • 1 month if kept at frozen (-18°C or below)
  • We strongly recommend you to keep the product at frozen (-18°C or below) upon receiving. By following the recommended storage, shelf life of the product can last till 1 month in an unopened packaging with ensuring the freshness of the products.


Shipping 

  • Shipping charges will be liable by customer. It is not allowed to utilize from promo code/voucher. 
  • Courier shipping typically takes about 2-3 working days (excluding force majeure and unforeseen circumstances). Kindly use the tracking link stated in the email to track your order to avoid any missed delivery.  
  • Courier will deliver to your doorstep between 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday – Friday) & 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturday). In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, the driver will redeliver your parcel (up to 1 redelivery attempts). Should you wish to reschedule your redelivery, please directly contact the courier service provider. 

 

  • Shipping options:
    The shipping time may vary based on the courier service chosen. Generally, Gdex Normal Delivery typically takes about 2 - 3 days, or few working days subject to Gdex logistic flow. We strongly recommend our customers to choose Line Clear Express Next Day Delivery*. However, customers are still free to choose their preference courier service.(Note: By choosing the courier service, Jo Le Bagel shall not be liable for any product damage caused by the shipping delay or any force majeure event.)

Self-Collection   

  • Please indicate your preferred collection location (JB Horizon Hill / Batu Pahat GreenPlus Organic Shop) in the remarks before confirming your order.
  • Please abide the collection timing and reschedule in advance if required  (only applicable for self-collection).
  • Please note that Batu Pahat Greenplus collection timing is between 12pm-1pm.
  • A delivery charge of RM20 will be imposed to any last-minute changes in location during the collection day.


Refund

  • All products & shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Refund will only be made if the received product is found to have quality defect or damage on the premise of parcel arrival under normal delivery schedule & recommended storage has been followed. 
  • Upon receipt of the parcels, please check the integrity of the package and the products, as well as the conformity of the products delivered with the order placed.
  • If your product is found to have any quality defect or damage upon receiving, please contact us immediately (on the same day of product receipt) with providing the order number & a clear proof of the defect or damage. Promo Code/Voucher will be given within a week after the investigation have been accessed.

订购

为了更好地简化我们的运营并提高我们的生产力,

• 只有在全额付款后订单才会被“确认”

取消任何已付款订单均不予退款。

• 我们需要 3-4 天发出带有追踪号码的发货通知。发货时间表根据订单序号而定。

• 发货通知发出后,将不接受任何发货时间更改。

• 在完成下单之前,请确保所有的提交信息是准确的,尤其是送货地址和联系电话。如果我们发现提交的信息有误,我们保留取消您订单的所有权利。

 

产品信息/处理

• 我们的产品(贝果、欧包和碱水包)均当天新鲜出炉,当天发货。

• 未开封包装的产品之保质期在不同的储存条件下可能会有所不同。产品的一般保质期为:

  • 在室温环境下3 天。
  • 冷冻保存(-18°C 或以下)1 个月

我们强烈建议您在收到产品后将产品冷冻保存(-18°C 或以下)。按照建议的储存方式,在未开封的情况下,产品的保质期可达1个月,同时保证了产品的新鲜度。

 

运输

• 运费将由客户承担。不允许使用促销代码/优惠券支付运费。

• 快递运送通常需要约2-3个工作日(不包括不可抗力和不可预见的情况)。请使用电子邮件中注明的追踪链接来追踪您的订单,以避免错过交货。

• 快递员将在 8.30am -  5.30pm(周一至周五)和  8.30am - 12.30pm(周六)期间送货到您门口。如果发生投递失败,司机将重新投递您的包裹(最多尝试 1 次重新投递)。如果您希望重新安排再次投递,请直接联系快递服务提供商。


• 运输选择: 


运输时间会根据所选的快递服务而有所不同。一般情况下,Gdex 普通运输一般需要 2 - 3 工作日或几个工作日,具体需根据 Gdex 的物流情况而定。我们强烈建议客户选择 Line Clear Express 次日送达*,但客户仍然可以自由选择自己偏好的快递服务。(注:如选择邮寄服务,Jo Le Bagel 不予承担因运输延误或任何不可抗力事件造成的产品损坏之责任。)

自取

• 请遵守自取时间,如有需要请提前通知改期(仅适用于自取)。

• 请注意,Batu Pahat Greenplus 自取时间为 12 pm - 1pm

• 如果在自取日临时改变地点,将另征收 RM20 的送货费。

 

退款

所有产品和运费均不予退款。

• 仅当包裹在按正常送货时间表送达遵循所建议的储存方式之前提下,发现收到的产品存在质量缺陷或损坏时,才会给予退款。

• 收到包裹后,请检查包裹和产品的完整性,以及交付的产品与订单是否相符。

• 如果您的产品在收到时发现有任何质量缺陷或损坏,请在收到产品的当天联系我们,并提供订单号以及缺陷或损坏的明确证明。促销代码/优惠券将在调查完成后一周内提供。
